Client brief
Following their recent expansion and relocation to a larger facility in London, ProLighting, a leading provider of professional lighting and equipment hire for photography and video productions, required a substantial mezzanine floor to maximise storage capacity within its new premises.
our solution
To optimise the available space, we supplied, delivered, and installed a 900m² single-tier mezzanine floor. As part of the project scope, we also installed a 60-minute fire-rated ceiling beneath the mezzanine, incorporating 60-minute fire-rated fascia panels, column casings, and cavity barriers within the ceiling void to ensure full compliance with fire safety requirements. Works started towards the end of April and were finished in May 2026.
the result
The completed installation has provided ProLighting with an additional 10,000 sq. ft of valuable storage space, significantly increasing the facility’s operational capacity and efficiency. The project was delivered successfully on schedule and within budget, meeting all agreed performance and compliance requirements.
