Client brief
Viridian Solar was looking to create additional storage space to store their products in an already overcrowded warehouse.
our solution
After consulting TDI, it became apparent it was more cost-effective to use the space they already had and were paying for rather than move to larger premises. The solution was to provide a 13000 sq ft mezzanine paying careful attention to ensure the column design did not interfere with their ground floor day-to-day activities. Having worked together in a series of phases, the mezzanine was installed in just over two weeks, with an additional two weeks on-site to install the necessary fire protection to the underside of the steelwork, including general lighting, emergency lighting and smoke detection to confirm with Building Regulations.

Viridian Solar now has an extra 13000 sqft of essential storage space to service their clients without the hassle of moving to larger premises with no downtime for their operations.
