DP World has taken another major step in its ambition to be the UK’s leading logistics provider by opening its largest ever warehouse. The 598,000 sq ft facility in Coventry is part of a 50m investment that will help customers to stay competitive.

our solution
Following a successful tender process TDI Systems Ltd were appointed principal contractor following the base build completion back in March 2024 to oversee the internal fit out of the warehouse costing in the region of 34m.
On a project that lasted 6months we were appointed principal contractor to oversee the internal fit out works which included a fully automated retrieval system and provide full CDM services throughout the build.
Our works consisted of both single and double skin steel partitions, plasterboard partitions, feature wall panelling, suspended ceilings, flooring, security fencing and decorations.

All works were completed on time & within budget and will drive forward DP World’s ambition to be the UK’s leading provider of end-to-end logistics.
