Client brief
Holly Farm Business Park is located in the Warwickshire countryside, near Kenilworth, with over one hundred units ranging from large prestige office spaces and warehouses to small offices and workshops.
With rental space in demand, a further five new units were built in August 2022, and there was a requirement to install a mezzanine in each to make use of the available space.
our solution
TDI, having previously installed many mezzanines on the estate, won a further contract to provide each new unit with a mezzanine floor. With their expertise and dedicated team, each mezzanine took a day to install.
