Client brief
British Offsite located in Braintree Essex required a substantial mezzanine within a newly required building to extend its production activities.
our solution
Following a competitive tender process TDI were awarded the contract in January 2023 to supply, deliver & install a substantial 3000m2 mezzanine floor within their newly acquired 180,000 square feet Horizon factory which quadruples their offsite manufacturing capacity.
Scheduled to open later this year, British Offsite’s new factory will manufacture and distribute building components to the new homes industry.
the result
The mezzanines were installed in four key phases and took 7 weeks from start to finish. All works were completed to the highest possible standards much to British Offsite’s satisfaction.
