Client brief
When one of the world’s most valuable brands invited us to visit one of their newly acquired warehouses in Burton to tender for some fit-out works we jumped at the chance!
The brief was simple, the site had to accommodate a ground floor welfare facility and several directors offices on the first floor all within a tight time frame.
our solution
After submitting a competitive tender we were instructed to carry out the fit-out during August 22. A welfare area was constructed on the ground floor with kitchen facilities and male and female toilets, whilst on the first floor seven offices were installed incorporating double glazed units with blinds in keeping with the main building.
Our works consisted of partitions & ceilings, PVC wall cladding, chequer plate wall cladding, vinyl flooring, glazing, T&J works, decorations, plumbing, vanity & IPS panels and all carpentry works.
the result
All works were installed within 6 weeks from starting on site to the highest possible standards much to our clients satisfaction. An excellent project to be involved with and an excellent case study for potential clients. Thanks to all our contractors involved.
