DP World Logistics UK has established operations at 128 Faraday Avenue, alongside BMW, within Hams Hall Distribution Park, Coleshill, Birmingham (B46 1AL). The site forms part of one of the West Midlands’ premier logistics and warehousing hubs, offering strategic connectivity and direct access to an on-site rail freight terminal, supporting efficient multimodal distribution and supply chain operations.
our solution
Following a successful competitive tender process, we were appointed as both Principal Contractor and Principal Designer to lead and manage the project, commencing in February 2026 and delivered over a 14-week programme.
In fulfilling our CDM obligations, we provided comprehensive project oversight and coordination of multiple specialist contractors. The scope included the installation of new lighting and power infrastructure throughout the facility, alongside the design and installation of a bespoke pallet racking system with integrated cladding, specifically engineered to support the safe storage of batteries.
Our works also encompassed the construction of office partitioning, the creation of a dedicated server room, mechanical installations, the installation of Axelent safety fencing, and comprehensive internal decorations across the site, resulting in a fully functional and compliant operational environment.

The project was delivered safely, on programme, and in full accordance with the client’s requirements and quality expectations.
