Client brief
Our client in London required an executive office together with a meeting room and open plan office area to accommodate their staff.
our solution
TDI was awarded the contract in September 2023. A dividing wall was formed between the two rooms using a steel stud & track system, as sound was important sound block plasterboards were used with a 50mm acoustic slab within the cavity. The front of the offices were formed using a 2-part glazing system consisting of 12mm clear toughened glass with framed glass doors.
Our works included for the changes to the existing mechanical and lighting installation, introduction of new AC units to the added offices together with CAT 6 network cabling and new office furniture throughout.

All works were completed within a tight programme and to a high specification. The end results look superb.
