Client brief
DP World Logistics has expanded its presence at Segro Park, located adjacent to Coventry Airport on the southern edge of the city, with the acquisition of a new 220,000 sq. ft. industrial and distribution facility. Situated alongside its existing 600,000 sq. ft. warehouse, the new premises were fitted out to meet the client’s operational requirements ahead of full occupation in Spring 2026. TDI Systems Ltd was appointed to deliver the complete fit-out solution, ensuring the facility was ready to support the next phase of DP World Logistics’ growth.
our solution
Following a competitive tender process, TDI Systems Ltd was selected as Principal Contractor, taking responsibility for the management and delivery of the project while providing full CDM compliance and construction-phase coordination. This included overseeing and integrating the activities of multiple contractors directly appointed by DP World Logistics.
Construction commenced in January 2026 and was completed on schedule in May 2026. As part of the project, TDI Systems Ltd designed, supplied, and installed 60-minute fire-rated server rooms, alongside a range of bespoke office spaces, meeting rooms, and welfare facilities tailored to the client’s operational needs.
Additional works included the installation of floor finishes, kitchen, smoking shelter, Axelent fencing, double-skin steel partitioning, and both A-Safe & Armco barrier protection throughout key areas of the facility.

The completed fit-out has delivered a modern, efficient, and scalable working environment, enhancing both operational performance and employee welfare across the site. Successfully delivered within the agreed programme and budget, the project achieved all key objectives while providing DP World Logistics with the infrastructure required to support its continued growth and future operational demands.
