Client brief
Eco Space Business Park is a new ultra low carbon business centre located in Warwick and will be completed in the spring of 2023. The four single story blocks house a total of 61 ultra low carbon units that range in size from 200sqft to 750sqft.
With space in demand there was a requirement to install 23 mezzanines on the estate to make use of the available space.
our solution
Following a competitive tender process and having previously worked with the developer TDI were awarded the contract back in June 2022, with works planned towards the end of the year.
Eight mezzanines were installed during September with the remaining 16 being installed during December.
the result
The mezzanines were completed within the time scales allocated and will provide additional space to suit our clients requirements.
