Client brief
A potential client required a mezzanine floor installed within a barn they were renovating on a property they owned in Milton Keynes.
our solution
As the ground floor was to be used to work on classic cars, we designed and installed a mezzanine with minimum columns, as such a 10m clear span between columns was required, suitable foundations were installed to accommodate the high loads. The first floor was to be used as a breakout area so public use handrails were fitted along the perimeter edges and staircase.
the result
The mezzanine was successfully fitted in April 2024 much to our clients satisfaction.
