Sanctum Fitness, located on the outskirts of Redditch, undertook the transformation of a barn into a state-of-the-art gym facility. To maximize space and accommodate additional cardiovascular equipment, they required the installation of a mezzanine floor.
our solution
Following the submission of a competitive quotation, TDI Systems Ltd supplied, designed and installed a free-standing mezzanine floor. The design carefully considered the required load capacities while minimizing the number of supporting columns to preserve usable ground floor space for their members.
the result
The mezzanine floor was delivered within four weeks of approval and was installed by our team in just three days. To ensure compliance with Building Control regulations, a fire-rated black fascia and suspended ceiling were fitted, together with matching black column casings.
